The Rolls-Royce Crosspointe facility in Virginia is a center of excellence for the manufacture of precision-engineered engine components for some of the most advanced aircraft in the world. Located on 1,000 acres of land, 30 miles south of Richmond, it is the first Rolls-Royce manufacturing facility built from the ground up in the U.S. The first advanced manufacturing facility, the Rotative Factory, began production in 2011. A second production factory, the Advanced Airfoil Machining Facility, began producing Turbine Blades and Nozzle Guide Vanes in 2014.

Rolls-Royce Crosspointe team members manufacture components for engines that power the most sophisticated aircraft in the world, including the most advanced Boeing and Airbus aircraft, the Gulfstream G650 and soon, the Bombardier Global 5500 and Global 6500 aircraft.

Rotative discs are manufactured in the company’s first Crosspointe facility, which began production in 2011. A second production factory, the Advanced Airfoil Machining Facility, began producing turbine blades in 2014. It is located on more than 1,000 acres in Prince George County, Virginia, approximately 30 miles south of Richmond and is the first Rolls-Royce manufacturing facility built from the ground up in the U.S.
